Safety

It is our aim to provide children with the safest toys possible. Our distributors adhere to safety standards, established by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and other state and federal agencies, in accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). These include phthalate and substrate lead standards, effective February 10, 2009. We keep General Conformity Certificates (GCC) or safety test results from all of our distributors. We also receive regular updates of CPSIA information.

Our puppets are made with dyed, synthetic/natural fibers, with no metal parts. The only plastic is in the eyes of the Funny Bones puppet. They are molded, unpainted and safety latched. Therefore, according to CPSC requirements, testing is not required.

While the tin lunchbox meets U.S. safety standards, we recommend that your child use it to hold our toys or other collectibles, rather than food. Our labels/stickers are printed with an eco-solvent ink (a lighter formula, requiring no special ventilation or environmental equipment).

Ages 5 and up.
Requires adult supervision at all times.
